Enable IIS in Windows Server 2008 R2

Open the Server Manager
Start -> Administrative Tools -> Server Manager

Right click on Roles and select Add Roles

It will open the Add Roles Wizard

lick on Next
Now, select the Server Role as Web Server (IIS)

Click Next

Click Next
Select the required services under IIS.

Click Next
Select again Next and Click on Install

Finish Install

Same way you can enable the IIS services like Windows Authentication, IIS 6 scripting tools, etc.
